Pam Cote is HCI certified through Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute where she has a Masters Degree in Technical Communication with emphasis on web interfaces, usability and technical writing.

PC Expressions was launched in 2001. Pam Cote has been interested in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and usability since the mid 90's when she found herself - then a software developer - being relied upon as the expert user. This was the beginning of her evolution of making user interfaces learnable and supportive so the end user was in charge.

A network of professionals assist as needed depending on the scope of each project.
